Let get serious guys,wearing jacket in the afternoon noon?, Even if we want to look smart/ fashionable , wear the right clothes that suit  weather. So if  it's  sunny and at the same time hot, I will recommend especially for  ladies to wear a simple  sleeve less dress and for men they can spend there weekend with nice looking shorts.
